It is important to keep children in touch with their roots. While we nurture kids’ individuality, it is equally important to develop them into global citizens. Being a cosmopolitan school with children from diverse cultures, it is very pertinent to undertake activities which promote cultural amalgamation. India being such a diverse country, children need to know and appreciate other cultures.

A conscious effort is made by Anubhav team to develop awareness amongst our play school children about the richness of the country, to help them appreciate and connect with other cultures.
With this objective in mind, we have introduced “cultural connect”.
Each month a particular state is chosen as per the festival of the month. We focus on the dress, food, language and important places of the state using video clips and role play.
All the festivals are celebrated with vigor to inculcate an understanding and respect for all religions.

Like physical and mental work out, spiritual workout is also given its due at Anubhav. All our children know Gayatri Mantra by heart. They begin their day with Om chanting. Annualy, we organize “Hawan” in the school on Basant Panchami day; it is our school set up day. Visit to temple, gurudwara and church every year further re inforces the spiritual connect and the religious spirit.
